Dear guest, we are unable to guarantee specific locations/floors as on most days we are sold out and we depend entirely on the apartments that become available on your day of arrival. Due to the architectural nature of the hotel and the steps within the complex, we may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties. Please note, your apartment can be on any floor and no preference/guarantee could be provided as to allocation. Pushchairs can be kept by staff at the reception area. Unfortunately, we do not have disabled rooms.
